NEMLEC

The Watertown Police Department joined NEMLEC in 2001. Since that time the Watertown Police Department has devoted officers and dispatchers to each of the NEMLEC units which include:

Regional Response Team
SWAT (Special Weapons And Tactic)
STARS (School Threat Assesment Response System)
Motorcycle Unit
Crime Scene Services Unit
Computer Crime Unit
Regional Communications (Mobile Command Unit)

Currenty Chief Edward P. Deveau serves as the NEMLEC First Vice President.
