September 30, 2008
Excavation work continues while some of the foundation footing forms are taking shape. The contractor will begin concrete placement in the next few days, weather permitting. View the latest slide show.
September 23, 2008
C.F. Hastings has begun excavating for the building footings.
September 18, 2008
Demolition and the cleanup of the debris has been completed. The excavating contractor, C.F. Hastings, anticipates starting excavation for the building footings on Monday September 22. The corners of the new building are staked out but tough to see in these pictures.
September 4, 2008
Kidder Building and Wrecking Inc. is in the process of sorting and hauling away all the debris that remains on site. Once the foundation is cleaned out the concrete walls and footings will be demolished and hauled away also.
