Desperini Contracting continues the reinforcing steel placement in partnership with L&L Concrete Forms who are actively constructing forms. C.F. Hasting
has begun backfilling the foundation at the rear of the building. The temporary electric service has been installed for the site. Slide show

L&L Concrete Forms made the second wall placement today of approximately 80 yards of concrete. Temporary electric wires are being hung to power the job site. C. F. Hastings is continuing to screen the excavated material and the initial phase of the new water main to the building was started. Slide show

L&L Concrete stripped parts of the first foundation walls placed on the 17th. Take a peek at the new walls.
October 17, 2008
L&L Concrete placed approximately 85 yards of concrete today in the first wall work. The iron workers continue tying rebar and form work continues as well. Pictures of the concrete placement are here.

L&L Concrete placed more footing concrete today. Framing of the foundation wall forms continues also. Pictures of today's activities may be viewed here.

L&L Concrete continues framing the footings and the form for the rear wall of the new building is being framed. Excavating contractor C.F. Hastings has stockpiled an impressive amount of soil on site from the basement. See the latest pictures here.
