Concrete form work is continuing. Ogden Wells has begun bringing in their well drilling equipment for drilling the geothermal wells that will eventually become part of the building heating and cooling system. Slide Show

Concrete placement continued today despite the cold weather. It is generally acceptable to place concrete provided the temperature is not below 20 degrees Fahrenheit, the forms are free of ice/frost and the curing concrete is covered with insulation and weather resistant blankets. These precautions will allow the concrete to cure without cooling below 50 degrees Fahrenheit over the next several days. Slide Show

Work continues, forms are being readied for the next concrete placement which is planned for early next week.

Concrete form work continues along with re-bar installation. The plumbing contractor, Robert W. Irvine & Sons Inc. is working on the below grade waste and drain lines in the garage and ground floor portion of the building. Slide Show
