Sergeant Hoiseth became a Police Officer in October 1996.  He has a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Western New England College and was promoted to Sergeant in May 2002.  He is a Graduate of The Massachusetts Police Leadership Institute in Lowell, Massachusetts.  In his off-duty time he enjoys running, weight lifting and family time.
