Lieutenant Lawn was born and raised in Watertown. He joined the Watertown Police Department in 1989. He worked in the Patrol Division, Community Policing Division and Detective Division prior to being promoted to Sergeant in 2000. Lieutenant Lawn was promoted to Lieutenant in 2002 and is currently assigned as Officer In Charge of the Detective Division. He enjoys basketball, running and spending time with his family.
