Captain Dupuis was appointed a patrolman in 1983.  He worked nights and was appointed a K-9 Officer in 1985.  He was promoted to Sergeant in 1987and continued on the night shift.  In 1993 he was promoted to Lieutenant.  In 2000 he was promoted to captain and assigned to the Bureau of Field Operations which oversees the Patrol and traffic Divisions as well as the Public Safety Dispatchers. He has a Bachelors Degree in Government and a Masters Degree in Criminal Justice.
